How many hundreds (or thousands) of dollars of stuff sits in your garage? Maybe you have an attic or off-site locker. You might be keeping these things to use “someday.” But, let’s be honest. If you don’t use something in five years, you should sell it. You might think it’s worthless junk. But, as the old saying goes, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
I began with the few things identified here but in the time since have added my own 48 Days content through traditional books, ebooks. online courses, membership sites, and a Mastermind. Knowing I had a core message to share (Release dreams into purposeful, and profitable work…in 48 days) has allowed me to add multiple ways for people to experience that message. And I’m confident you can do the same.
First, look at the products you already use. And remember, by promoting a product, you’re putting your own reputation on the line. Say your site, email campaign, or social media platform caters to new entrepreneurs – it’s a given that these entrepreneurs all need websites. Products related to webhosting or theme development are both great candidates and can be big earners, especially if you communicate your positive experiences. In comparison, trying to sell a weight-loss program on your business site would probably be a real turnoff for your audience, as it would be out of context.
And while it will take time to build up a big-enough audience to attract advertisers and other ways to make extra income from your podcast, the opportunity is there. John Lee Dumas interviews entrepreneurs seven days a week for his podcast Entrepreneur on Fire and now makes more than $200,000 a month from it. In fact, John publishes all his income online and showed that he’s made almost $13 million since launching in 2012.
I also realized that there's many people that can't afford to work with me 1-on-1, but still want to receive value from me, get their questions answered and receive feedback and advice. That's why I decided to create a Group Coaching Mastermind. This has allowed me to take on a group of people and coach them every two weeks in a webinar session where they can ask me questions and receive feedback. This was another way of leveraging myself while giving people something that they wanted and was valuable.
The number two topic is diet. The great thing about our diet coaches is that they are all specialized around very specific diets. So if you want to go Paleo, we have Paleo coaches. If you want to go Slow-Carb, then we have Slow-Carb coaches. It always bothered me that so many diet coaches in the world were offering generic nutrition advice when most of us have really specific diets in mind.

I've learned so much with this course! KC Tan is an excellent instructor. He covers all the bases. Also, his facebook group and email list have both been a great value for me. I've made money using this method, and I'm hoping to start making even more by learning list building details in another of his courses that I just started. So glad I came across his courses.
17. Amazon – Have you heard of FBA? It stands for “Fulfilled by Amazon” and it’s getting pretty popular. Basically, you buy products (in bulk is best) and ship them to Amazon for them to store. When your products sell, Amazon packs them up, ships them out and sends you the money (after taking their cut). There are people making a full-time living from FBA, while others just do it for some extra money.
Wealthy Affiliate focuses on getting organic traffic through Google, using content as the main driver. Sounds like you have that down with your website already. Though if you are struggling to monetize 100k visitors a month, my guess is that you are not creating targeted content, and you are not creating content that lends itself to sales. I would work on doing more research about topics related to your niche, and see if you can find some keywords with more “buyer intent” that relates to your niche!
If you want to start a blog, then go for Blogger and create a free blog. However you will have to optimize your blog for Search Engines in order to drive free targeted search engine traffic. Similarly if you want to start a website then it will cost you money, because you will have to buy a domain and webhosting. Here is detailed free course on how to create a blog.
There are better business models out there but Clickbank can be an ok way to learn. The downside is most people who start on there get their ad accounts blocked as they don’t understand the terms of service and can’t advertise from them in the future. The web is becoming more transparent and people are wiser to what an affiliate ad is. The people who click them tend to be an older demographic 50+. If you are going to promote something, make a decision to only promote good products.
Since coaching and consulting isn't a passive income stream and it actively requires my time, there's an opportunity cost for me in taking on clients. That opportunity cost is it takes away my time that I could spend on creating passive income streams. That's why I'm in a position where I can charge whatever I want if people want my 1-on-1 help. As I grow and make even more money, I will be forced to continue to raise my rates, as whatever I'm charging now won't be worthwhile enough for me to take on clients at.
If you've developed valuable skill sets or picked up certifications within your industry over the years, offering your consulting services to local business owners can be a lucrative way to make money online. Whether you're an expert marketer, business strategist, or manufacturing aficionado, there's likely a local business owner who's willing to pay you to help them solve an issue with their company. Start with this 18-step checklist to becoming a local business consultant from Karyn Greenstreet and then use my guide to crafting an effective cold email to convince them to hire you.
Decide on your client type. Pick no more than three types of clients that you want to include in your online personal training program. The only way to truly scale your program is to template workouts, which means you need people with similar goals and issues. For example, 25-30 males looking for muscle, 40-50-year-old post-pregnant females, or 18-25-year-old male college students.
All you need to get started is a USB microphone that you can find in virtually every electronics store or on Amazon. Remember, the vast majority of voice overs are not for a Hollywood movie. They're for testimonials, reviews, narration, and voice prompts on business phone systems. Voices.com and VoiceBunny.com are two of the big players in this space to look into.
