The easiest and most natural context for an affiliate product is something that most have these days, a blog – especially if you already have a following. If readers have come to trust you and your recommendations, they will consider purchasing a product you endorse. However, this is certainly not the only way to be successful. Options like social media, paid ads, and email marketing can help drive your affiliate marketing success.
For instance, you could write about one of the major industries (although boring) that are always looking for content: Insurance, Car Sales, Dentistry, LASIK, Business Technology, AI, or Finance. Even if you are not a master of these topics, with a little research you can build up a knowledge base that lets you speak with authority in your writing. That's great and all, but how do you find clients?
If you have a fondness and talent for taking pictures you can make extra money online by becoming a stock photographer and selling your images to a stock photo company like ShutterStock or iStockPhoto. You’ll get royalties every time someone licenses an image you’ve submitted. To really be successful, build your own photography website to be able to showcase your portfolio and start getting higher-paid private corporate work.
It is also better to view ClickBank as a tool for generating leads, instead of hoping to sell 100,000 copies of your e-book immediately. Use ClickBank to drive visitors to your website, then get them on a newsletter list and market to them repeatedly. You may want to offer a contest or freebie along with the newsletter to encourage people to sign up with you.

I have a proven and honest way to make extra money that’s almost as easy to do as going for a walk! For the past 35 years, I’ve been cleaning up litter outside retail, office and industrial properties on-foot with inexpensive hand tools. This is a great side hustle as the work needs to be completed before the businesses open for the day. I’ve written a book, Cleanlots, that details how to start and operate a parking lot litter removal business based from home. I provide free support.
Yeah I have finally after a couple years decided to find a couple products and promote them. No sales! I’d love it if this worked but nothing so far. I have to give it more time. I am promoting on backpage. I go through the ads to see whats popular. One thing I’ve noticed on Backpage is that most of the people that are making money from the services or products they are offering post pretty often. They keep their ads alive. They know it’s their money maker so they post a lot and they’ve found ways to keep their ads from getting flagged AND more importantly they’ve found ways to keep their competitors ads flagged and removed. So if I am going to get pretty serious about clickbank I’m running to Backpage and Craigslist which I’ve done and observe what’s being posted all the time. It’s basic but I’ve seen results with a couple other things I promoted. (My own services)
–>They can make you look bad. What if you plan a retreat, sign a contract, and only sell 2 of 20 spaces? What do you do? Cancel? Hold a retreat for 2 people after you promised a community of 20? There’s a lot of risk in running a retreat because you don’t know if you will fill it or not, especially if your business is new and you are just building your community. Remember to always have a plan in mind for the worst-case scenario if you are thinking about running a retreat BEFORE you sign any contracts or crack open that bottle of champagne :).
–>In the beginning, group programs can fail. What if you create a snazzy new program that you are all excited about, you pour time and resources into it, and only a handful of people sign up? Then you are stuck delivering a program to too few people for too little cash. It can feel soul destroying, especially when you are first starting out and you don’t have a cash safety net. So many new coaches immediately want to build and deliver a great group program, but they forget to take into account how much goes into building, selling, and marketing these programs to make them worthwhile to run. So while I LOVE them, don’t think that they are easy or fast – to do right, they take both time and effort.
You’ll also need time for review, feedback, instructions, and progress checks. There’s a lot to do besides actually teaching the session’s content! For example, it’s often a good idea to have clients share their “wins” and their struggles each session, to commiserate on their progress and stimulate ideas for improvement. You should also go over what was learned in the last session, and see how clients applied it. These things contextualize the content, and create continuity and accountability over the whole course of the “package.”
After a few publications and a month of applying vigorously, I started pitching my work to paid sites, such as About.com and Fansided.com, which pay $50 or $75 per post, or a dollar amount per 1,000 page views. (If you’re offered the choice between a fixed rate and a per-view rate, I recommend taking the fixed amount. Unless you have a significant social media following or access to other platforms, it’s difficult to profit from the per-visit pay. It will require more writing, marketing and time you don’t have.)
So you wanna get someone into your trip wire first, which suppose, yes and it has to be relevant to whatever product you're selling through ClickBank or whatever affiliate network and that will be your upsell upon checkout, so you get someone to buy your product and then and there you wanna push them to ClickBank, on ClickBank they have their own landing pages so you gotta push them to ClickBank and you wanna get them to buy right then and there.
