I've also personally hired and worked with so many coaches in my own life and received so much value from them.  I know I wouldn't have the success that I enjoy today if I tried to do things on my own and didn't make those investments in my self.  I continue to find coaches and mentors that I can learn from, in all areas of my life.  It's the fastest and easiest way to get to where you want to go.  Just find someone that's done it and do exactly what they say.  It's pretty simple.
I've learned so much with this course! KC Tan is an excellent instructor. He covers all the bases. Also, his facebook group and email list have both been a great value for me. I've made money using this method, and I'm hoping to start making even more by learning list building details in another of his courses that I just started. So glad I came across his courses.
- Having a job is a great way to start making some cash flow, but you should use it to actually start a business. A job isn’t scalable. You only have 24 hours in a day, and you're not even going to work more than 12 hours in a day. Having access to the internet is all you need, you can see that attention is now the new way to becoming successful. The more exposure your brand gets (whether that is from posts, social media, websites, etc) the more opportunities you have to monetize off your traffic. When you have a lot of people's attention, and you create a product, you’re likely to make a sale. THIS IS SCALABLE. Anything you put out on the internet compounds, continually getting more and more traffic that gives you a chance to make a sale.
I will say that while coaching and consulting isn't passive by any means, it is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling things that I do.  While creating passive income streams is fun and the best use of your time, sometimes you lose that human connection and relationship with people.  I've found it to be very pleasurable and rewarding to work with someone on a personal level and help them achieve their goals.  You don't get that same level of joy and fulfillment through a video blog or a course, as you're sometimes disconnected from people.

Choose your niche and check for demand: The golden course combination is when you can find an in-demand niche that aligns with your skills and unique experiences. A great way to do this is to use Google Trends and Google’s Keyword Planner to look for average monthly search volume for keywords related to your proposed course content. Are people actively looking for high-quality information about this subject? Of course, if you’re already creating content for a blog, coaching service, or a site like Medium, you can test demand this way for free just like Bryan did.

The first step is really just putting yourself out there with a blog, videos or a podcast so that you can get found.  Publish high quality content and give it away for free.  This will help you attract visitors and a following.  If your stuff is good, people will WANT to work with you and hire you as their coach.  You can also do this through publishing Kindle books or selling your own information products, as people will see you as an authority and expert and will be more likely to hire you.
This isn’t to scare you off. I simply want you to know that this guide is going to focus solely on ways to make real, sustainable extra income online. Not just a few bucks. I want to share all the mistakes I've made that got me to where I am now so that you don’t have to go through them, and can build a successful online source of income for yourself.

Thanks! I have a few products mixed into my blog posts, and will be adding more. I have found CB to be a mixed bag so far – but need more time to see how it pans out. Also wondering about setting up more sites to follow the funnel you set up. I was pleased to hear you mention having 3 follow ups in the responder sequence. Someone else had suggested 10! I figured by 4 or 5 you lost them anyway.
21. Facebook – Facebook swap shops are great for selling things locally. It’s like CraigsList, but a little easier. You simply search for swap shops in your area and ask to join the group. Once you’re in, take a picture of the item, write a quick description with the price and post it. It doesn’t get much easier than that. You can generally expect to get about what you would get at a yard sale, maybe a little more.
When I tell people I make money online they tend to assume that I'm running some sort of Ponzi scheme. But I've never been a good enough liar to pull that off, so instead I blog. While I make pocket change compared to the biggest names out there, there are plenty of other people who have completely replaced their full-time jobs in favor of making a living online (and we're talking six-figure revenues).
The way to make big money as an affiliate is to launch jack (more profitable since you don’t necessarily have to pay for cold-traffic). You can use Google Adwords, Facebook ads, SEO, video SEO, parasite SEO, and so on to rank the products branded terms online and capture organic traffic as well as branded keyword search traffic which is often low competition on Google/Bing compared to the more broader terms.

Online bank accounts are able to pay higher interest rates because they do not have to maintain the costs of traditional brick and mortar stores. Making a website or blog can be a great way to make money on the Internet, and if it is a successful site, it can even become a full-time job. However, creating a successful site or blog takes lots of work, learning, and is not something that will start making money immediately. Before any site or blog can start making serious money, it needs to be getting lots of visitors.

But, like everything else, systems are everything. You would tell your client that he or she needs a strong base first before getting into the fancy stuff, right? Well, your as online personal trainer, you run your business the same way. Build it right from the beginning, even on a very small scale, and the freedom you desire is closer than you may think.
Hey Arthur, glad you like the site! I don’t think bloggers would be against giving free stuff instead of asking money for it. Squeeze pages work fine. But I’d still recommend you build your own site and own platform, its just better in the long run. The way you do it is you create a free post (like this one) with free downloads inside then drive traffic to it. Everyone is happy to link to free info then you can retarget people without too much trouble.

Find your niche partners, collaborators, and champions: As you’re creating your course, look for notable people who are also creating content in the space. Look att how their businesses operate and incorporate that into your own plan. You can also reach out to any influencers and make them affiliates for your own course. This way, they’ll be incentivized to share your content with their own audiences (which can be a major way to generate your first sales—it helps if you're using one of the best CRMs for small business—and start building your own community!)
Clickbank, huh… now that’s a name I haven’t heard in a while! I remember messing around with them back in 2011 when I was a newbie. Never did make any money with them, haha, but I’ve seen plenty of people who have! I’ve just never been any good at pushing the weight loss stuff, which I’m pretty sure is where most people make their money with Clickbank.

Selling e-books and virtual goods are a popular way to make money online. Creating an e-books often take a few hours, weeks, or months to make and then can be sold in unlimited quantity without requiring any inventory or infrastructure. A great online service for any aspiring author is Lulu. This service allows anyone to write a book or guide on any topic and publish it in electronic format. The author can also publish a hard copy, which can be used for book reviewers and other publishers. Other sites that help sell and distribute e-books and other virtual goods include ClickBank, Createspace, E-Junkie, and Sellfy.

Since coaching and consulting isn't a passive income stream and it actively requires my time, there's an opportunity cost for me in taking on clients.  That opportunity cost is it takes away my time that I could spend on creating passive income streams.  That's why I'm in a position where I can charge whatever I want if people want my 1-on-1 help.  As I grow and make even more money, I will be forced to continue to raise my rates, as whatever I'm charging now won't be worthwhile enough for me to take on clients at.
That said, there’s nothing wrong with private sessions. While some people feel more comfortable in a shared experience with “classmates,” others feel pressured by the presence of others. While small groups of 4 to 6 do ensure that everyone can get individualized attention, some will pay to have their program tailored specifically to them. Decide how you can do your best work as a coach, and choose (and charge) accordingly.
I remember reading this book, Talent is Overrated, that was debunking the idea of innate genius. There’s one moment in the book that talks about Mozart, someone who is widely considered to have been a young music prodigy. But his dad was a music teacher. That was a huge part of his backstory. He wasn’t born a genius — his dad taught him (we would say coached him).
If you can design websites, there is plenty of work for you. Even if you are not very proficient in HTML, you can use softwares such as DreamWeaver or Kompozer to create websites. You can find clients on webmaster forums such as WarriorForum and DigitalPoint. Before venturing out, create a portfolio of website designs to show to your prospective clients.
1 Million Revenue, 0 Employees with an Amazon FBA Business While Traveling The World In this post, Cory Stout provides a step-by-step case study on how to create your own brand using Shopify an Alpha and Omega of the eCommerce space. The post details how to choose a product, how to find a cheap supplier, how to promote your product, and how to automate.
I was thinking print because I understand that market much better, as I come from that world. Also, there is an immense amount of competition online, specifically regarding PPC. Finally, print offers something which PPC ads do not IMO, which is, when people see something in a newspaper or magazine, they give it more weight. They tend to put more trust into it. Even though they shouldn’t, they assume because something is in print, it must be good and worthy. However…

We’ll go into more details regarding each step but let me give you a quick overview of each. The product/offer is the ClickBank product you’ll be promoting. This might seem like it’s simple enough but screwing up this step could potentially hinder you from earning a single cent because the other steps are built on top of it. Product research has its own separate section below.
Can you recognize a good deal when you see one? Then, consider buying merchandise to resell on eBay. Or, try other sites like Amazon. Garage sales and thrift stores are full of obscure items. Often, people don’t know how valuable they are. Therefore, they sell them for less than what they’re worth. As a result, you can buy them for a discount and make a large profit.
–>I cannot state this enough: Retreats are often the LEAST PROFITABLE part of your business. The reason? They require the most up-front costs. From renting a conference room (or house), providing food or other extras, to your own travel and expenses, things add up quickly. It’s very easy to lose money on retreats, or not make any money at all once you tally up everything you’ve spent. Given that they take a lot of time and plan and deliver – this is less than ideal :).

I don’t try to sell too much. All you need to do is to drive value and give good information to the buyer. Put yourself in the shoes of the buyer and address their fears and questions. Don’t beat around the bush and don’t try to waste their time and at the end, try showing some sort of proof or results. If you own the product, show what’s inside and talk about your experience with it. This will help you to build a relationship with them quickly.
